Little Moo Group is the overarching trading identity of Little Moo Limited.

Throughout our websites and legal documents, references to “Little Moo Group”, “we”, “our” and “us” normally refer to Little Moo Limited unless a document expressly states otherwise.

3. About Little Moo Limited

Little Moo Limited is the legal company responsible for Little Moo Group and its specialist trading divisions.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, contracts entered into through Little Moo Group or one of its divisions are contracts with Little Moo Limited.

A division is not a separate legal company merely because it uses its own name, branding, website, customer portal or communications.

5. Trading names

Little Moo Limited currently operates using the following trading names:

• Little Moo Media
• Little Moo Hosting
• Little Moo Print
• Little Moo Connect

We may introduce additional trading names, services or specialist divisions as the business develops.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, any new division or trading name will remain operated by Little Moo Limited.

6. Our specialist divisions

Little Moo Group is structured around specialist divisions so customers can access focused expertise while remaining within one wider organisation.

The availability and scope of individual products or services may change as each division develops.

A division website or domain being active does not necessarily mean that every planned service is currently available.

7. How our structure works

Little Moo Group provides one overarching identity for the organisation while each specialist division focuses on a defined category of services.

This structure allows us to:

• provide focused expertise through each division;
• maintain consistent company and legal information;
• support customers using services from more than one division;
• share common customer care and operational standards;
• and expand the Group without creating conflicting information.

Services from different divisions may be combined within one proposal, quotation or wider customer relationship.

Where this happens, the terms relevant to each service may apply alongside the Group-level legal documents.

8. How services are contracted

The contractual documents that apply will depend on the services purchased and how the order is placed.

An agreement may include:

• our Master Terms & Conditions;
• an accepted proposal or quotation;
• a statement of work;
• an order confirmation;
• an invoice;
• service-specific terms;
• a support or maintenance agreement;
• an operational policy expressly incorporated into the agreement;
• and other written terms supplied before acceptance.

Not every document applies to every customer. The relevant documents will be identified by the service, proposal, order process or agreement.

Service-specific legal documents for Little Moo Media, Little Moo Hosting, Little Moo Print and Little Moo Connect may be published on the relevant division website or supplied directly before an agreement is entered into.

9. Data protection

Little Moo Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZC168766.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, share and protect personal information across Little Moo Group.

Depending on the service, additional data processing terms may apply where Little Moo Group processes personal information on behalf of a customer.
